Spaces: Ministry is work. Ministry is a job.
Just because it doesn’t fit into a conventional 9-to-5 mold doesn’t mean it’s any less valuable or important. Ministry requires dedication, outreach, planning, and deep commitment—it’s about serving others, building community, and making an impact.
You wouldn’t tell a teacher to stop teaching or a musician to quit music just because it doesn’t follow a traditional career path. Ministry is the same—it’s not a hobby, it’s a calling. And just like any other profession, it deserves recognition and support.
If you believe in the work of ministry, make sure you also recognize the people doing it.
